Part Time Teller

Position Overview As a Part Time Teller within PNC's Retail Branch Banking organization at the Lancaster Main Branch office, you will be based in Lancaster, OH. This role focuses on delivering a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing, creating loyalty, and increasing share of wallet. Responsibilities Deliver a unique customer experience focused on customer financial wellbeing and loyalty. Process a variety of customer interactions efficiently and accurately. Educate customers on available alternatives for their financial interactions. Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer to appropriate branch staff. Engage with customers in the lobby to connect them with PNC products that meet their needs. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems. Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Qualifications Education: No degree required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
