Client Accounts Specialist (Collections) | Top 50 Am Law Firm
***Law firm / Professional B2B experience REQUIRED***
Play a key role in managing client account portfolios, driving collections efforts, and partnering with attorneys, clients, and finance teams to ensure timely resolution of outstanding invoices.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and oversee the collections process.
- Partner closely with attorneys and clients to resolve outstanding balances.
- Review AR aging reports and help reduce delinquent accounts.
- Investigate and resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Finance and Billing teams to improve cash flow and client service.
