Location: Fremont, OH

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and dependable Fabricators to join our team in Fremont, OH. This role supports manufacturing operations by operating equipment, assembling parts, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate fabrication machinery (die cutting, laminating, slitting, etc.)
Assemble products according to specifications and work instructions
Perform quality inspections to ensure product standards are met
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Accurately complete production and quality documentation
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
Ability to read and follow written instructions
Strong attention to detail and quality
Basic mechanical aptitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Minimum 5 years Fabrication Experience

Work Schedule

Various shifts available (1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd shift depending on openings)
Overtime may be required based on production needs
