Duties & Responsibilities

- Move materials using a forklift
- Operate production and packaging equipment
- Follow safety compliance, quality standards, and production schedules
- Measure, cut, and glue materials, and calculate outputs (square feet, linear feet, units)
- Maintain workplace organization using 5S/Lean Manufacturing principles [ 1 ]

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous manufacturing environment experience (preferred)
- Forklift operating experience and basic power/hand tool skills (preferred)
- Basic math, reading, writing, and measuring skills (tape measure, calipers) [ 1 ]
