Electrical Superintendent (Mission Critical) – Dallas, TX
Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with a leading electrical contractor to identify an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on mission-critical and data center construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
This opportunity is designed for an experienced field leader who is passionate about safety, quality, production, and developing high-performing teams while delivering world-class electrical construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all field operations from mobilization through project completion.
- Supervise Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, subcontractors, and field personnel.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and production schedules.
- Maintain project safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Conduct daily planning meetings and coordinate closely with Project Managers.
- Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure successful execution.
- Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project milestones.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop future field leaders.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of electrical construction experience.
- Previous Superintendent or Senior Foreman leadership experience.
- Mission-critical, data center, or large commercial construction experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and field coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven commitment to safety and quality.
