Location: Charlotte, NC

Employment Type: Full-Time | Residential Service

Schedule Options:

• Monday through Thursday

• Tuesday through Friday

• Friday through Monday (Weekend Schedule Available)

On-Call: Limited rotation with after-hours support

Compensation: $80,000 to $130,000+ annually based on experience, performance, commissions, and incentives

Top Performers: $150,000+ annually

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for qualified candidates

We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Repair Technician who enjoys diagnosing equipment, solving challenging service issues, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. • Diagnose residential heating and cooling equipment accurately

• Repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC systems

• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections

• Identify system performance issues and recommend appropriate solutions

• Educate homeowners on repair options and equipment performance

• Complete service documentation using company technology

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle

• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally

• Work safely while maintaining high-quality workmanship on every call

• At least 18 months of residential HVAC service experience

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Experience servicing residential HVAC equipment

• Ability to work independently throughout the day

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Commitment to quality workmanship and professionalism

• Self-motivated with strong time management skills

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• EPA Certification preferred
