Unit Program Coordinator

Full-Time Unit Program Coordinator (NK-0303-02) The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a Full-Time Unit Program Coordinator to work for the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) in the Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for the squadron commander/director for administrative support programs. Oversee task management. Act as cybersecurity liaison (CL). Manage Government Travel Card (GTC) program and Defense Travel Systems (DTS). Coordinate Drug Demand Reduction (DDR) Program. Support health care, fitness, Government Purchase Card (GPC), safety, Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) accounts, security, supply, civilian timecard, and unit recognition programs. Requirements & Qualifications U.S. citizenship. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft. This position is nonexempt. Employee may be required to work overtime, nights, or weekends. Knowledge of organizational and functional responsibilities and operations of an organization. Proficiency with office automation software, tools, and techniques to support office operations and produce documents such as letters, reports, spreadsheets, databases, and graphs. Skill in fact-finding, problem analysis, problem resolution, and development of concrete action plans to solve problems. Ability to gather, analyze, and present facts, communicate effectively, use tact and courtesy, and meet deadlines. Ability to plan and organize management programs and functions of an organization.
