Job Title: RN First Assist Location: RWJ Somerset (RWJUH Somerset) Department: Operating Room Pay Range: $60.00 - $85.00 per hour Shift: Day Pay Transparency The above reflects the anticipated hourly wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Overview The candidate will be a critical member of the surgical team caring for patients with surgical problems/needs and related surgical procedures. Evaluating and managing patients with surgical diseases, performing bedside procedures when appropriate, and assisting the surgeon in the operating room. Ensuring continuity of care between the inpatient and outpatient areas. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing school and RNFA program. Current Operating Room Experience required. BSN. 3 years of RNFA experience. Certifications and Licenses Required: AHA BLS and ACLS Current New Jersey RN license Scheduling Requirements Position is for day shift.
