Position Summary

As a Part-time ITM Teller in Fayetteville, you help customers complete everyday transactions accurately and professionally while supporting a secure, compliant branch experience. You will process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing; balance transaction activity; assist customers with account questions and basic service needs; and escalate exceptions or concerns according to bank procedures.

Required qualifications/skills:
- Customer service experience with strong attention to detail
- Comfort working with accuracy under time constraints
- Clear communication and a professional, courteous approach
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to follow written procedures
- Must be available for the following hours (Mon 10–5, Fri 10–5:30, Sat 9–12); will work approximately 15 hours a week.

You’ll start by preparing your station, reviewing any branch updates, and getting set for customer traffic. Throughout the shift, you’ll greet a steady flow of visitors, keep your workspace organized, and stay mindful of privacy and security while working. Between customers, you’ll verify totals, complete routine documentation, and coordinate with teammates to keep lines moving smoothly. As the day winds down, you’ll complete end-of-shift duties and ensure items are properly secured before leaving on schedule.
