Program CoordinatorChoices in Community Living provides professional direct care services for individuals with autism, cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome and other developmental disabilities.Our mission is assisting people with developmental disabilities to have access to opportunities to build safe, healthy and meaningful lives in the community. We are looking for Caring, Compassionate applicants that are detail oriented, who also share a passion for providing the best services possible to the individuals we serve.Applicant must be able to handle high stress environments, along with the possibility of lifting excess of 50 pounds or more and being on their feet for multiple hours. Applicant must also be able to pass a physical & drug screen as well as a Background Check.Basic Functions:Provides services and support in all aspects of daily living to individuals with developmental disabilitiesEssential Functions:Provides residential services and support for clients in a home environment in the Dayton (and surrounding) CommunityResponsible for providing assistance with daily living functions in accordance with each client's individual service planResponsible for overall living arrangements, management of finances and appointments, record keeping and documentationEncourages meaningful relationships with neighbors and friends and involvement in community and recreational activitiesMinimum Qualifications:Licensed, insured driver with good driving record may use personal vehicle to transport clients.
