Description - Your Role in This Journey

• Conduct routine and complex clinical laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, among others-following established protocols.
• Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot issues, and engage in the preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Document all procedures diligently, mentor new team members or students, and uphold the highest lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS), achievable within one year of employment.
• Sustain current certification throughout your role with us.
