Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain food processing and packaging equipment Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing machinery Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system issues Install, modify, and improve production equipment Support production teams by responding quickly to equipment breakdowns Complete maintenance logs, work orders, and equipment documentation Maintain parts inventory and maintenance supplies Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and workplace safety standards Collaborate with operations and quality teams to improve equipment performance and reliability What We’re Looking For Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in food or beverage manufacturing Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems Experience with processing, packaging, and automated production equipment Familiarity with CMMS systems and basic computer skills Valid Driver’s License Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical & Work Environment Lift up to 60 lbs as needed Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and reaching Work around moving machinery, steam, temperature changes, and industrial equipment Exposure to food production environments including heat, cold, dust, and allergens Build Your Career with a Company That Values Skilled Technicians At Plenus Group, we know strong maintenance teams are the backbone of successful production operations.
