Compensation: $2163 - $2606 | Shift: 3x12 Days

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide exceptional nursing care for neonates in the NICU.
• Educate and support families throughout their NICU experience.
• Plan, implement, assess, and communicate all aspects of nursing care.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and mentor less experienced staff.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities based on skill levels and patient requirements.
• Maintain current BLS and BCLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a NICU setting.
• At least 1 year of recent travel RN experience.
• NICU RN experience is mandatory.
