Minimum Requirements

• 3 years electrical experience (unlicensed is okay)
• Comfortable selling and installing residential electrical services
• Strong communication skills and customer service
• Ability to meet performance outcomes.
• Professional appearance and behavior as a Brand Ambassador
• Clean driving record
• Class E license 
• Must be available Monday–Friday (Dispatch from Home)
• Must attend Tuesday 7 AM in-office meeting
• Willingness to work overtime when needed

What you will do:

Your mission is to deliver quality clean work on every job while following our proven systems and training. This is a hybrid role that requires both selling and installing, with a strong focus on customer experience and consistent performance.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Completing one maintenance call per day.
• Completing up to two service calls per day.
• Follow all company processes and complete trainings.
• Using the 90-minute checklist to guide every call.
• Acting as a Brand Ambassador in the field.
• Communicating clearly with customers and team members.
• Staying until the job is completed when needed (overtime mindset).

Success in this role means delivering clean, code-compliant work while maintaining strong customer trust and consistent production.
