Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the industrial sector in Camdenton, MO, is seeking a dedicated Assembly professional to join their team. As an Assembly team member, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly

Location: Camdenton, MO

Pay Range: 17.00 for Assembler I

Shift: 7am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday with overtime req 6am-4:30 

What's the Job?

• Perform basic mechanical assembly using hand tools and production equipment
• Follow work instructions, engineering drawings, and assembly documentation
• Assist with sub-assembly processes
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean workstation

What's Needed?

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn assembly processes
• Ability to safely use hand tools
• Ability to read and understand basic production drawings and engineering prints
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
