About the Role As a strategic Human Resources Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across multiple business functions and locations. You will translate business strategy into people practices, shape organizational effectiveness, and foster a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing work environment. Responsibilities You will lead organizational planning, development, coaching, and change management efforts supporting key initiatives. Your work will include talent and succession planning, workforce needs anticipation, integrated HR solutions across talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee relations, labor relations, and people operations. You will coach leaders and employees on performance management and employee relations, facilitate leadership discussions, manage union contract negotiations, and influence long‑term success for Gallo. Qualifications Master’s degree plus 3+ years of HR business partner or generalist experience, OR Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of HR business partner or generalist experience, OR Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years of Gallo HR experience, OR High School Diploma plus 9+ years of HR business partner or generalist experience. Industrial Relations experience. Ability to influence and build collaborative relationships. Travel up to 5% of the time for onboarding, training, and meetings. Must be 18 years or older. How You'll Stand Out Advanced education and deep HR business partner experience (Master’s plus 5 years or Bachelor’s plus 7 years) with at least 1 year of Industrial Relations experience. Strong facilitation and communication skills, including experience driving strategic discussions and partnering with sales or client groups that require significant travel. Demonstrated analytical ability to define problems, interpret data, and develop innovative solutions for complex situations. Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and solid knowledge of HR policies and procedures. This position is based on‑site with no telecommuting option and requires living within commuting distance of the specified location.
