Quality Assurance Manager

Quality Assurance SpecialistEssential Duties & Responsibilities:Supports Certification and compliance with ISO 9001 standardsImplement inspection and testing methods for products and production equipmentEnsure products consistently meet established quality standardsCompile, analyze, and report on quality dataMaintain product delivery schedulesTrain and manage production line staff on quality assessment and production practicesMonitor product flow through the manufacturing process to ensure accuracyConduct and document detailed inspections of finished products against industry and company standardsIdentify, remove, and analyze non-conforming products to determine root causes and implement corrective actionsGenerate performance reports and recommend process improvementsMaintain departmental 5S housekeeping standardsRequirements:Qualifications & Requirements:Education: BA or BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience requiredExperience: 5+ years' experience in Manufacturing. Experience with ISO 9001 standardsReading Ability: Must be able to read and understand EnglishSkills:Demonstrates familiarity with quality standards and processes to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.Communicates information clearly and concisely in reports, meetings, and status updates.Possesses in-depth knowledge of the product to perform accurate quality control assessments.Exhibits a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness.Applies critical thinking and analytical skills to identify and resolve system flaws.Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.Maintains composure and productivity under pressure.Consistently meets deadlines while maintaining quality standards.Efficiently masters production sequences and quality standardsERP and CRM experience a plusPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
