Position Overview

As an Associate General Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care in a modern, patient-centered environment while delivering an exceptional patient experience. We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about providing high-quality dentistry, committed to continuous learning, and eager to become an integral part of our team and community.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive exams, diagnose oral health conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality restorative, preventive, crown and bridge, and emergency dental care.
• Educate patients on their oral health and treatment options, helping them make informed decisions.
• Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients through compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with hygienists and the clinical team to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with all regulatory and professional standards.
• Continue developing clinical skills through mentorship and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active New York dental license (or ability to obtain one).
• Strong clinical skills in all aspects of general dentistry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-focused approach with a commitment to clinical excellence.
