We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teachers to support elementary students in Richardson, TX. These positions are in self-contained classrooms serving students with diverse learning needs, offering the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative support team while making a lasting difference in students' academic and personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized instruction aligned with student IEPs

• Create engaging learning experiences tailored to individual student needs

• Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation

• Collaborate with general education staff, administrators, and families

• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

• Foster a positive and structured classroom environment

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferred

• Valid state teaching certification as required by state and district regulations

• Minimum of one year of teaching experience preferred

• Standard Elementary, Secondary, and/or Special Education Teaching Certification preferred

• Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) endorsement preferred

• Compliance with all professional standards of practice

• Current CPR certification, if applicable

• TB clearance as required

• Current health certificate, if applicable

• Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age

Compensation

?? Pay Rate: $42/hour
