Electrical BIM Coordinator

Electrical BIM Coordinator We are seeking an Electrical BIM Coordinator with over 2 years of BIM/Revit experience to work at our downtown Chicago office. The role supports the electrical engineering team in building data center infrastructure. Role and Responsibilities Work under direct supervision of an Engineer or other technical professional. Assist in development of discipline models, including systems, content, and overall digital delivery output. Accurately model BIM elements in the correct constraints using current 3D software. Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams. Maintain the discipline model, including project information, coordinates, scales, orientations, scope boundaries, match‑lines, views, and sheets. Produce discipline‑specific documentation with accurate annotations on all modeling outputs. Preferred Qualifications 2 years of experience in 3D modeling for reputable firms. Preference given to local candidates. Required Qualifications Technical qualification with 3D design software and document management infrastructure. Competency of Microsoft Office products and communication tools. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational traits.
