Who We Are:

Since 2009, American Threads has grown into a multi-location brand with boutiques across Texas, Arizona, Georgia, and Florida alongside a thriving online store that reaches customers nationwide. Headquartered in California, we blend West Coast creativity with Southern Charm to deliver an elevated retail experience both in-store and online.

We combine trend-forward looks with timeless influences to create styles that feel current, effortless, and uniquely you.

American Threads is the land of the free, home of the babes and that means we celebrate bold energy, originality, and the freedom to be exactly who you are. In our stores, you'll find more than a great outfit. You'll find a team of stylists who know how to turn a moment into a memory, hype you up in the fitting room, and build a look that tells a story.

Who You Are:

Fashion is personal and no one knows that better than a Senior Lead Stylist at American Threads. You're the person on the floor who makes a guest feel like the store was designed just for them. You notice what they gravitate toward, you know what's new in, and you have the confidence to pull a look together that they wouldn't have thought of on their own.

But this role is more than styling it's leadership. You support your Store Manager in keeping daily operations running smoothly, you help set the tone for the team, and you step up when it counts. If you love fashion, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and genuinely enjoy helping people feel their best, this is your kind of role.
