Mechanical Assembler - Mon - Thurs + Fri OT

Job Overview We are looking for an experienced assembler to perform mechanical assembly of parts and subassemblies in a modern manufacturing environment. This role involves reading blueprints, troubleshooting issues, and helping improve production processes while working closely with engineering and production teams. What You’ll Do Assemble mechanical parts and subassemblies using hand and power tools Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Troubleshoot and fix assembly issues as they come up Perform quality checks and testing on finished products Help train and support junior assemblers Work with engineering and production teams to solve problems Maintain a clean and safe work environment Meet daily production goals and deadlines What We’re Looking For Assembly or manufacturing experience Strong mechanical assembly skills (small and large parts) Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Experience using hand and power tools Troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment Team player with good communication skills Nice to Have Experience training or leading others Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience Experience with automated or semi‑automated equipment Work Environment Clean, modern, air‑conditioned facility Use of hand tools, power tools, and production equipment Standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM Must be open to occasional overtime or Saturdays Why Join Us Modern facility with advanced technology Opportunities for growth and promotion Strong team environment Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO) Job Type – Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
