RF Design Engineer II (Multiple Positions) Location: Eden Prairie, MN Overview Contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of wireless designs in hearing aids and hearing aid accessories. Responsibilities Design wireless hardware for products through the product development process. Test and troubleshoot product to characterize unit and system level RF performance. Continuously improve product and process. Support transfer of products and product knowledge into manufacturing. Provide work direction to technicians. Qualifications Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related technical field plus 2 years experience with RF or Optics Design, or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related technical field plus 5 years experience with RF or Optics Design. Demonstrated proficiency in RF hardware design concepts, practices, and procedures; antenna design and testing; design and test methods for body‑loaded consumer electronics; electromagnetic theory; oscilloscope, signal generator, network analyzer, and spectrum analyzer; antenna and circuit simulation tools; and MATLAB. 5 days per week in office. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary: $130,291 per year.
