Long-Term Care Staffing Coordinator Location: Complete Care at Fair Lawn Edge, Paterson, NJ Shift: Full-Time, 1st Shift (8 hours), Weekend Requirements: As Needed Rate: $25.752/hr. - $27.75/hr. (rate varies based on experience) The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the scheduling and coordination of staff within the long-term care facility. This includes managing staffing levels, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and addressing any scheduling issues that may arise. The role involves effective communication with various departments to guarantee the appropriate allocation of resources and maintain a qualified and skilled workforce. Duties and Responsibilities Scheduling and Staff Allocation Communication and Coordination Staffing Compliance Problem Resolution Data Management Training and Orientation Qualifications Previous experience as a staffing coordinator in a nursing home or long-term care facility. Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in using scheduling software and other relevant tools.
