InDev is seeking a ServiceNow AI Developer to design, build, and optimize AI powered solutions. In this role, you will configure out-of-the box flows using Flow Designer and configure conversational AI experiences with core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, scoped applications).

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design & Configure: Build and customize AI-powered use cases such as chat summarization, resolution note generation, knowledge article generation, response recommendations, and content generation.

Workflow Integration: Integrate conversational AI with ServiceNow modules like IT Service Management (ITSM).

Scripting & APIs: Extend functionality using JavaScript, Glide APIs, UI policies, and RESTful web services.

Testing & Optimization: Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and manage update sets.

Collaboration: Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to translate operational needs into responsive, user-friendly AI solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years hands-on development experience with ServiceNow and dedicated experience building conversational agents.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, REST/JSON integrations, and Flow Designer.
• Understanding of Access Control Lists (ACLs), data models, update sets, and client scripts.
• Experience with AI Search, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
• Experience with AI Agent Studio and GenAI platforms.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow AI Professional certification.
