Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor SBA Home North Carolina - The first production facility in the USA by SBA Group, a furniture manufacturer from EU member in Lithuania, with operations starting in late 2025. Over 250 talented professionals will work here and build their careers. It will be a highly robotic and automated factory with products reaching millions of homes in the US. Today we are looking for a Shift Supervisor who is result-oriented, self-starter and eager to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working hours 6-2pm (1st shift) or 2-10pm (2nd shift). This role will train on 1st shift and move to 2nd shift after training is completed. Key Responsibilities: Production Leadership Supervise, coach, and support production employees to meet daily and weekly production goals Assign work schedules and ensure proper staffing across production areas Foster a positive and collaborative work environment Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams Monitor production lines to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime Ensure compliance with established processes and quality standards Safety & Compliance Promote and maintain a strong safety culture Report, investigate, and address incidents and near-misses Quality & Continuous Improvement Monitor product quality during and after production Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce waste Support continuous improvement initiatives and employee training Work closely with Quality Control to resolve production issues Administrative Duties Complete production reports, timekeeping, and shift documentation Track material usage, scrap, and downtime Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
