What it's like to be a swim instructor at swim instructor
As a part-time swim instructor at SwimRVA, you'll manage a dynamic wet classroom that embodies our unique teaching platform. Your mission? To effectively teach swimming skills and water safety to children and adults alike. You'll also help assess swimmers' abilities to determine their appropriate station placement and advancement, making sure they're always challenged and improving.
