Director, Market Access, Strategic Planning & Initiatives

Revolution Medicines

Revolution Medicines seeks a Director of Market Access Strategic Planning & Initiatives to report to the VP of US Market Access. This role drives operational excellence and cross-functional alignment, translating strategic priorities into executable plans while managing enterprise-level initiatives that support product launches and patient access optimization.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute annual strategic plans with measurable milestones and success metrics
Manage Market Access leadership operating cadence including meetings, reviews, and planning sessions
Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives spanning multiple organizational areas
Coordinate communications and ensure messaging consistency across Market Access organization
Monitor initiative execution, identify risks and dependencies, and drive mitigation strategies

Requirements

Strategic planning and business execution experience in pharmaceutical or commercial settings
Project and portfolio management expertise with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
Strong organizational and operational management skills with proven track record
Business acumen and analytical capability to synthesize complex information
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multiple functions
Experience with performance metrics, KPI development, and business reviews
