Inventory Associate

. We handle physical stock counts and audit reporting for major retail and convenience partners across the Tampa region. No prior inventory experience? No problem. We provide

100% paid, hands-on training starting Day 1. What You’ll Do:

Count & Scan:

Use 10-key handheld scanners to accurately count retail merchandise on sales floors, backroom storage, and cooler spaces.

Team Operations:

Travel daily with your regional team to scheduled retail sites across the local territory.

Store Collaboration:

Work alongside store managers to confirm accurate counts before wrapping up the daily audit.

Stay Active:

Move, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs in fast-paced retail environments.

What We’re Looking For:

Reliable Transportation:

Valid Driver’s License, active personal auto insurance, and a dependable personal vehicle.

Early Risers:

Comfort starting on-site at 6:00 AM daily.

Screening:

Ability to pass standard background and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) reviews.

Work Ethic:

Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and ability to work on your feet for the full shift.

Perks & Compensation:

Starting Rate:

$19.00 / hr

Paid Travel:

All route travel time and mileage between client sites is fully paid.
