This facility is seeking a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Start Date of 06/01/2026, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Minimum availability 3 consecutive days; ideally 5 consecutive days.
Practice Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation Center
Scope: Medically complex/High acuity adult patients/Post Initial Clinical Examination (ICI)/Rehab Patients
Credentialing Timeframe: ~30 Days
State Licensure: Illinois License
Requirements: Board Certified, Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and use of EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR),
