Director of Scaled Customer Success & VoC

LVT is seeking a Director, Scaled Customer Success & VoC Programs to lead a high-performing team and own our digital engagement engine and VoC architecture from our American Fork HQ. The role focuses on retention, expansion, and customer health across long-tail cohorts, with up to 10% travel.
The ideal candidate has 6+ years of leadership in B2B SaaS CS, deep VoC expertise, and strong cross-functional collaboration with Product and Marketing.
