RN – NICU (Contract)

Location: Arizona 85202
Pay: $2,108 – $2,365/week
Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Requirements: Weekends & holidays per department needs

• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and premature neonates in a NICU setting

• Monitor, assess, and manage neonatal patients, including ventilator and critical care support

• Collaborate with neonatologists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Administer medications and treatments per NICU protocols

• Educate and support families throughout the care process

• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and standards

• Active RN License (Arizona or compact state – Required)

• Recent Level III or Level IV NICU experience (Required)

• BLS/NICU-related certifications may be required per facility

• Strong critical thinking, communication, and neonatal care skills

• Dress Code: Navy scrubs with navy warm-up jacket
