What Makes You Our Leadership All‑Star Proven success as an Assistant Director at a large school. 3–5 years of hands‑on teaching experience. Meets state licensing standards, including criminal background screening and fingerprinting. Education/experience: a bachelor’s degree + 6+ months in group childcare, or a bachelor of science in Early Childhood Education, or an associate’s degree (or equivalent) + 1+ year in a supervisory role and 2+ years in group childcare. Deep knowledge of national/state education standards, licensing, fire, health, and OSHA regulations. Strong grasp of USDA Nutritional Standards for Schools. At least 21 years old and meets corporate driving requirements.
