Position: Shift Leader Full-Time

Description: Our Shift Leaders are an essential component to our success by making a commitment to being a role model for exceptional Guest Service and developing a team driven by passion and strong values! Our shift leaders will be empowered to make decisions that enhance guest experiences and promote our company mission. Pay rate from: $17 or more.

Position Requirements: We are looking for individuals who will.. . Create a pleasant and welcoming restaurant environment for guests and team members by treating others fairly and with respect. Lead and coach your team to operational excellence by promoting open communication and accountability. Prepare products according to Metro's operation, quality and safety standards, and that the restaurant meets sanitation and cleanliness standards during your shift. Make decisions based on strong values & behaviors. Have prior experience working in a quick service restaurant. Show enthusiasm for Team Metro and our Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins brands!
