\n•    Exciting opportunity to help build a new OhioHealth employed ophthalmology group serving the greater Columbus area- expected to expand to a team of five physicians\n
\n•    This practice is designed to provide essential Level 1 trauma coverage while building a sustainable community practice\n
\n•    A balanced 1:5 call structure paired with a predictable weekly rhythm (3.5 clinic days, 1 OR day, 0.5 admin day), featuring capped clinic templates on call days\n
\n•    Fully-equipped clinic with new slit lamps, Zeiss OCT, Humphrey Visual Field, Fundus camera, and IOL Master 700\n
\n•    Competitive salary\n

\nRequirements: \n
\n•    BC/BE Ophthalmologist \n
\no    Demonstrated comfort and competence with emergency ophthalmic surgery, trauma management, and inpatient care\n
