CNC Machinist I

General Duties Sets up and operates equipment. Reads prints, programs, work orders, or production schedules to determine specifications. Able to use inspection/measuring equipment, such as micrometers and bore gauges. Checks parts as specified in the In-Process Record. Ensure production rates are met. Maintains tool matrix. Loads raw material. Maintains equipment fluids. Performs daily and weekly preventative maintenance tasks. Maintains excellent work attendance. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED Minimum 2-3 years related experience and/ or training. Experience with manual or CNC (Swiss-type lathe) equipment preferred. Understanding of G-Code required. Must Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
