A growing infusion pharmacy in the Atlanta area is seeking an experienced Infusion Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily pharmacy operations and lead a high-performing clinical and operational team. This is a direct hire leadership opportunity for a pharmacist who thrives in a management environment focused on compliance, staff development, and high-quality patient care.

This role requires strong infusion experience along with demonstrated leadership managing pharmacists and technicians.

Schedule flexibility required
Administrative on-call responsibilities included

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily pharmacy operations including workflow delegation and coordination
Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and pharmacy staff
Lead staff training, onboarding, and orientation programs
Ensure full compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
Provide pharmaceutical care including prescription verification, dispensing, and patient counseling
Triage operational issues involving referral sources and internal teams
Implement and track quarterly and annual departmental goals
Develop team performance initiatives and operational improvements
Conduct annual employee evaluations and provide structured performance feedback
Collaborate with logistics personnel to ensure proper medication storage, handling, and delivery processes
Maintain a culture focused on patient safety and quality care standards

Required Qualifications
Active Georgia Pharmacist License
Prior Infusion Pharmacy or Infusion Management experience
Previous pharmacy leadership or management experience
Strong background supervising pharmacy staff and leading training/orientation programs
Thorough knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations
Experience with prescription review, dispensing, and patient counseling
Ability to manage workflow, operations, and staff performance in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with pharmacy systems CPR+ and/or CareTend
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
