Maintenance Technician III | 1st Shift | Pay Based on Experience | 6:00am – 2:30pm

  Position Overview
As a Maintenance Technician III, you will perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. This role supports overall production efficiency by ensuring equipment operates safely and effectively, using a combination of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills. 

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain service logs
• Diagnose issues, replace or repair parts, and test equipment for proper operation
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders
• Utilize electrical meters, gauges, and testing equipment to identify issues
• Perform emergency and scheduled maintenance on production equipment
• Support installation and removal of equipment as needed for production
• Perform basic machinist and metal fabrication tasks
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient equipment operation
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and follow all safety standards
• Perform light facility maintenance such as minor repairs, grounds upkeep, and general support tasks

  Qualifications and Requirements

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred 
• Strong skills in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment independently
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and measuring devices
• Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and reporting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and work in a manufacturing environment
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings

The base salary for this position is $18/hr or more based on experience., excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
