PRN Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care Job Type: PRN / As Needed Position: Registered Nurse(RN) Pay Rate: 65,000 to 70,000 Annually Location: Portal, GA Caremaster Medical Services is looking for a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home care team on a PRN basis . This flexible nursing position is ideal for Georgia RNs looking for home care nursing opportunities and the ability to work with a variety of clients at different times. Responsibilities Complete initial client admissions and nursing assessments in the home. Conduct supervisory visits and monitor the quality of client care. Assess client needs and identify changes in condition. Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and the care team. Complete accurate nursing documentation and required visit reports. Ensure care is provided safely and according to the established plan of care. Provide professional, compassionate, client-centered nursing care. Qualifications Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia . Previous experience in home care, home health, private duty, or community nursing preferred. Strong assessment, communication, organization, and documentation skills. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
