Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience working in a school setting is strongly preferred
• Ability to provide support to students with diverse learning needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible, reliable, and eager to assist both teachers and students
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Comfortable assisting with classroom management and individualized support plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and daily classroom activities
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as directed
• Foster a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for learners
• Help with classroom organization, preparation of instructional materials, and student supervision
• Collaborate with staff to address student needs and support IEP or 504 plan accommodations
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development as required
