Job Overview

UVA Community Health is seeking a board‑certified or board‑eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our established team at UVA Health Piedmont Family Medicine . This practice builds upon a long‑standing legacy of care in the Fauquier community and continues to expand access to high‑quality primary care throughout the region. The practice is strategically located between our Culpeper and Haymarket/Northern Virginia UVA Community Health locations, offering the best of small‑town charm with convenient access to larger metropolitan resources. As part of UVA Health, you’ll benefit from the backing of a nationally recognized academic health system while working in a well‑established, community‑centered outpatient practice.

Position Highlights

• Location: Warrenton, VA
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• FTE: 0
• Patient Volume: 19–25 patients per day
• Call: Approximately 1:12 rotation for clinic patients with Envera After Hours Triage
• Setting: Outpatient only
• EMR: EPIC
• Technology: DAX Copilot AI‑assisted documentation
• Loan Forgiveness: Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
• Onsite Services: Moderately complex lab and point‑of‑care testing

Qualifications

• Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certification: Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Licensure: Eligible for unrestricted Virginia medical license
