A nationally recognized advisory firm specializing in employee ownership and middle-market transactions is seeking an Analyst to join its growing team. This role offers hands-on exposure to complex transactions across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, business services, construction, retail, aerospace, and more.

Responsibilities

• Support transaction execution from initial analysis through closing
• Build financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials
• Assist with due diligence, capital raise support, and deal structuring activities
• Prepare client presentations, industry research, and marketing materials
• Coordinate with lenders, advisors, trustees, and other transaction stakeholders
• Manage data rooms and support ongoing client engagement processes
• Assist senior team members with financial analysis and strategic advisory projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
• Entry level up to one year of experience
• Internship or experience in investment banking, valuation, corporate finance, public accounting, commercial banking, or related areas preferred
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and time management skills
