Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to facilitate smooth transitions. Help assigned departments meet their goals. Handle food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, crew management, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training. Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older to manage in a corporate‑owned restaurant. Positive team player with flexible schedule and a passion for a fast‑paced environment. Benefits Sign‑on bonus: $250 paid after shift and department certification.
