Apply today at WorkforGoodSA.org.POSITION SUMMARYThe Mail Center Support Associate will receive, sort and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail for the Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC) at Randolph AFB, and provide customers with superior customer service. Support the organization in its mission to help change lives through the power of work.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESScan all incoming accountable (registered, certified, insured, etc.) mail, and sort, distribute, and notify customers.Send out FedEx Ground and FedEx Express and record tracking numbers for customers.Receive, sort and distribute incoming non-accountable (regular 1st class) mail and internal distribution mail.Greet and assist internal customers at customer service window.Answer telephone inquiries.Scan incoming mail for explosives using the IONSCAN trace detector.File essential documents.Log outgoing certified mail and makes copies.Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and responding to questions and/or concerns in a positive, professional, and friendly manner.REQUIREMENTSMust be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a security clearanceHigh School Diploma or equivalent (GED6 months of experience using basic office skillsPrevious mail processing experience preferred.Basic computer skills; MS Word, ExcelGeneral office equipmentBasic mathOrganizedData entryFilingCustomer serviceAnalyze, evaluate situations, and develop alternatives for conflict resolutionTo learn more about Goodwill San Antonio and to view available positions visit: Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled #J-18808-Ljbffr Goodwill Industriesof San Antonio Contract Services
