Associate Data Analyst

To support healthcare claims analysis and reimbursement strategies, the full-time remote Associate Data Analyst will assist in analyzing medical and pharmacy claims data, summarize reimbursement models, and build financial models under the guidance of experienced teammates. Key responsibilities Assist in analyzing medical and pharmacy claims data to identify trends and optimization opportunities Support provider contracting by summarizing data on reimbursement models and pricing structures Build and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL, Power BI, or Tableau to visualize key business metrics Required qualifications 0-2 years of experience in healthcare claims analysis or related field; internship or academic project experience welcome Basic familiarity with Medicare and commercial payer reimbursement concepts Working knowledge of SQL for data querying; familiarity with Python or R is a plus Experience or interest in leveraging AI tools to automate workflows Any exposure to contract negotiations or provider relations is a plus
