In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, oversee resident care needs, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plansAdminister medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and accuratelyAssess residents and monitor for changes in conditionCommunicate resident status updates with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team membersMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationSupervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff as neededParticipate in care planning meetings and resident assessmentsRespond appropriately to resident needs and medical emergenciesPromote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of lifeEnsure compliance with all facility policies and regulatory requirementsUtilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as neededQualificationsCurrent, unrestricted RN license in South CarolinaCurrent CPR certificationMust maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirementsMust remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of NursingExperience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferredSkilled nursing or long-term care experience preferredStrong clinical, communication, and organizational skillsApply TodayJoin Fountain Inn Post Acute and become part of a team that's embracing positive change while maintaining a commitment to exceptional resident care.
