Part-Time Janitorial Area Manager - New York

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Janitorial Area Manager to oversee the performance and condition of multiple retail sites in New York. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and hands-on, with a strong background in janitorial or facility services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct weekly site visits (approximately 4 hours per location)

• Submit detailed weekly reports outlining:

  • Site conditions

  • Areas needing improvement

  • Feedback from on-site managers

• Train janitorial crews on best practices and ensure compliance with standards

• Assist with hands-on tasks including high dusting and general janitorial duties

• Communicate effectively with both site managers and internal teams

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in facilities, janitorial services, or retail management preferred

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent communication and reporting abilities

• Ability to perform light physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and ladder use for dusting

• Reliable transportation required
