Montz Company Heating and Air is actively seeking a motivated, dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our growing service team. Position Overview

As an HVAC Service Technician with Montz Company, you will travel to customer locations to perform troubleshooting, routine maintenance, installations, warranty work, and repairs. You will be responsible for delivering professional, customer-focused service while maintaining safety and quality standards. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to prioritize service calls, and a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences.

What We're Looking For

• Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, components, refrigerant handling, and electrical controls
• Experience with installation, maintenance, and repair procedures for residential systems
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and determine effective solutions under time constraints
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Professional customer service skills and clear communication with homeowners and team members
• Reliable work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to learn and adapt
