- Create and manage transportation orders within our TMS system.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers regarding dispatch instructions, route changes, load information, and operational questions
- Maintain direct communication with customers, providing updates on shipment status, delivery schedules, and service-related inquiries.
- Handle vehicle breakdown calls and coordinate timely solutions with drivers, maintenance providers, and management to minimize service disruptions.
- Plan and dispatch local drivers.
- Collaborate with drivers, customers, and management to maintain high levels of service and operational efficiency.
- Support compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and safety standards.
