Operations Manager - 3rd Shift

What We're Looking ForEducation & Experie nceBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferr ed.5+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial ro le.Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory processes, and shipping/receiving operatio ed) Certifications & Lice nse.Forklift certification (or willingness to obta in).Additional logistics or safety certifications are a p lus.Technical & Leadership Sk illsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management softw are.Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and meet K PIs.Solid understanding of warehouse safety regulations, OSHA standards, SOX (with quarterly reporting) and compliance requireme nts.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational ski #J-18808-Ljbffr
